Business Challenges
Some of the challenges faced using previous system includes
No real time visibility on stock status. Manual stock card are being used to update stock status
Batch numbers and expiry dates of products are manually tracked, resulting in wastage when products expire without knowledge
Manual entry of large volumes of data when containers of purchases arrive
Due to high order volume, some deliveries are missed out or delayed. Currently, overdue deliveries are not tracked in system resulting in customer complaints
